Description: Any photo where the effects of a slow shutter speed are present.

Information:
- Submissions will be accepted from August 1st, 2017 through August 31st, 2017 (11:59 Pacific Standard Time).
- Winner will be announced on September 4th, 2017.
- Winner will be contacted via email for shipping address to receive prizes.
- Photographers maintain rights to their uploaded photos. (Images may be displayed on ObscureLens.com and our social media sites.)
- The contest winner must have ownership of the uploaded image. (It must be your own image.)
- Multiple entries are allowed. (1 image per entry fee.)
